Sikson’s facilities are outfitted with an extensive array of production equipment, including 10 CNC lathes, 10 punching machines, and a variety of advanced mechanical processing equipment. Our factory features a large production capacity for cotton picker components, as well as other mechanical processing applications with our polyurethane assembly and array of casting, pressure, injection, and extrusion equipment, allowing us to produce a full range of cotton picker replacement parts with an excellent reliability.
Not only do we utilize advanced equipment, but we are proud of our expert technical staff and R&D personnel, who aided us in obtaining ISO9001 certification back in 2017 and continue to aid us in production every day. We now offer a full line of processes, including product design, mold processing, mass production and inspection, ensuring our clients receive high quality products and all-around services.
